Pop Up Yoga and Meditation
Celebrate autumn’s arrival with a rejuvenating practice on the fall equinox. This special workshop focuses on moment-to-moment awareness of breath and sensations that arise, both as we sit still and move from pose to pose. Begin with a brief meditation, transition through a series of yoga poses and bring it all together with a longer meditation at the end. All levels are welcome. Modifications and variations are always offered making this class accessible to all. This Yoga Workshop will be held in-person outdoors.
